Resolvecall says it uses a field force and may visit a home to reconnect a customer with its client or discuss available options. That is not the same as an enforcement agent attending under a warrant or other enforcement power. Check who Resolvecall is acting for and what the communication actually says.

A collection visit is not automatically enforcement

Resolvecall describes home visits as part of its customer-contact and resolution work for clients. Formal enforcement is a separate legal process. Do not treat ordinary collection contact as proof that a warrant or court enforcement power exists.

Verify the visitor and account

Ask which client Resolvecall is acting for and match the account details to your own records. If you are unsure, use Resolvecall’s published customer contact route rather than relying only on details given at the door.

If there is a court or enforcement document

Read it separately and note any deadline. A genuine Notice of Enforcement, warrant or court claim has different legal significance from a routine debt-collection visit.
