How to complain about Resolvecall

Independent guide to Resolvecall’s published complaints process and possible escalation after the firm has considered the complaint.

Resolvecall publishes a dedicated complaints process. Make the complaint directly to Resolvecall first, explain what happened and the outcome you want, and retain copies of the correspondence. Its current guidance says final-response or eight-week communications explain which referral body may consider an unresolved complaint, such as the Financial Ombudsman Service where applicable.

What to include

Give the Resolvecall reference, the creditor or client involved, relevant dates, the communication or visit you are complaining about and the resolution you want. Keep copies of supporting letters, emails and notes.

Escalating an unresolved complaint

Resolvecall says its final-response or eight-week correspondence provides details of the relevant referral body. The correct route depends on the type of account and complaint, so follow the escalation information in the firm’s response rather than assuming every dispute follows the same route.
