Moorcroft’s current customer account service allows customers to make repayment offers, use an income and expenditure tool and set up Direct Debits. Any payment arrangement should be affordable after essential household and priority commitments.
Do not offer more than you can afford
A sustainable arrangement should reflect disposable income rather than an amount that causes missed rent, mortgage, council tax, energy or other priority payments.
Keep a record
Retain the agreed amount, payment date, account reference and any written confirmation. If your circumstances change, contact Moorcroft before simply stopping an agreed arrangement where possible.
