What to include
State the account reference, the issue you are complaining about, dates, previous contacts, the impact on you and what resolution you are seeking. Keep copies of what you send.
Separate a complaint from a debt dispute
A complaint about service or collection conduct is not necessarily the same as disputing whether the debt is owed. Make both points explicit if both apply.
